Barn Quilt Class

Come have fun every month as you create your own Barn Quilt! What’s a Barn Quilt? Well, it’s a painted board that mirrors a colorful quilt block that can be hung inside or outside. You probably have seen them all over the country hanging on barns houses and businesses. Join me – Karen Murray Boston of Freckles & Fat Quarters Farm – as we paint an 18 by 18 (inches) block every month at Raspberry Hill Boutique in Fruita, Colorado! We will also chat about the history of Barn Quilts and the use of quilt blocks as communication in the past. All supplies (and snacks!!) provided, even the template designs; just show up ready to paint. Every month’s block will carry a theme, so you can paint all 12 without duplication!
