    OPEN CRAFT! Pick-a-project!

    Open Craft

Have you heard?! RHB is now offering open craft hours!!  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2-5 and Saturday from 10-5 (when no classes are scheduled) you can come in and pick-a-project to paint.  Get crafty when it’s convenient for you!  We have the projects, tools, paints, hardware and know-how to help you complete your projects.

I have several projects and sign sizes to choose from and will be adding more.  We currently have signs in 6 sizes, coaster sets, serving trays, Jack-o-lantern and ghost face plaques, die-cut words, customizable banners, linen pillow cases, fun fiber doormats and chairs.  I will be in the workshop this week creating more projects.  Have an idea or project that you have been wanting to make? I can help!  Send me your ideas here and I will try to help you create them.   I can cut custom stencils with your choice of wording to fit any of our pick-a-project sign sizes also!

    Pick-a-project

Bring friends!  Bring family!  Bring your kids!  All crafters are welcome.  It’s a great way to relax and bond with co-workers, social groups and more.  Need to re-connect?  Do it here!  Need a project for your girl/boy scout troop, Kiwanis team, 4-H club, art group or other organization?  Craft it at RHB!

Feel like you aren’t crafty or creative?  Let me help you.  I have noticed over the years that 99% of the time it is the person that walks into a class and says, “I’m just not a crafty person,” that creates the most creative projects.  I can teach you the tricks of the trade to help you finish an awesome craft project!  ANYONE can craft- you just have to try!

I am so happy to be able to offer this experience to you and hope very much to see you soon!

  • Fusion Mineral Paint

    Re-Loved Furniture by RHB

I love decorating, I love furniture, I love painting and I love saving anything that I can from ending up in a dump.  What does all this have in common?  Re-Loved Furniture!

In Raspberry Hill Boutique you will find several pieces (and new ones coming in all the time!) of my re-loved furniture.  I paint, repair and re-love desks, shelves, tables, chairs, dressers… almost everything!  I use our in-stock Fusion Mineral Paints and products.  These are high quality products that yield high quality finishes that last and last.  I paint solid colors, multiple colors, distressed, farmhouse, decoupaged materials and more.  I am always experimenting with new techniques to create custom finishes.

Also, I love painting customer pieces.  Have a hutch that granny gave you that just doesn’t match your style?  Let me re-love it for you!   I am happy to quote you on any piece(s) that you may want painted.  Have a certain style in mind?  Just send me a picture of what you want and I will do my best to match it.

In addition to re-loving furniture myself, I also teach furniture facelift classes at RHB.  I can teach your proper paint preparation, painting techniques and several styles of finishes to create different looks o your piece(s).  If you are interested in learning to “Paint it Beautiful” with me using Fusion Mineral Paints please watch our calendar of events for upcoming classes.  Join our class scheduled this Saturday at 11:00 here.
